Rating is done by the mystery shopper writing a report to the company, rating his or her experience. The report forms are provided to the mystery shopper in advance by each company so all you have to do is write down your experience. This feedback is then used by the companies to better their customer service, by providing more training for employees or rewarding them for good service.
